I saw the movie opening night, and so far I have seen it about nine times woooh( I feel dumb) but anyways. I have come to figure out that they have edited out a lot of good parts. Like Anakin was suppose to kill Mace Windu, not Palpatine. Instead of getting his hand chopped off, he was suppose to block Anakin, but they changed this scene for time. Another thing was that Obi-Wan and Anakin were going to fight on Corusant, and they originally planned for that to be coruscant burning in the background.
I have seen the entire series. Episodes 4-6 are great! Episode 1 was alright. Episode 2 wasn't too great, though. Don't see what's so bad about Episode 3. It became my favorite of the series!
I never said it was bad, maybe the amount of times I have seen it may imply that I thought it was good. I am just pointing out some things I found interesting.
Sorry, that's not what I meant. I mean, there's alot of people out there who thought Episode III was horrible(including the staff of Mad Magazine). But I don't wee what is so bad about it. I;m glad you thought it was great!
This was taken directly out of the book, for those that didn't understand the thing with Qui-Gon at the end. I keep hearing this asked, but if you are wondering this is basically the answer.
With nothing to do but wait, Yoda automatically found a quiet room and sat down to meditate. The being who had been trying to contact him surely could not reach him through the newly strenghthened fog of the dark side, but the habit had become strong. And to his surprise, this time the contact succeeded.
Qui-Gon Jinn! No wonder the presence had felt familiar. Still much to learn, there is.
Patience, Qui-Gon responded. You will have the time I did not. With my help, you will be able to merge with the force at will, and still retain your individual consciousness.
Eternal Life, Yoda marveled.
The story of Darth Plagueis was true, in a way. The ability to defy death can be achieved, but only for oneself. It was never accomplished by Darth Plagueis, only by a Shamon of the Whills, and it will never be achieved by a Sith Lord. It is a state acquired through compassion, not greed.
To become one with the Force, and still influence have. The thought was stunning. A power greater than all, it is Yoda bowed his head. A great Jedi Master you have become, Qui-Gon Jinn. Your apprentice, I gratefully become.
He felt the former Jedi's approval, just before Bail Organa enetered to tell him that Obi-Wan was landing...
...text continues, leaving out the unnessary...
"Wait a moment, Master Kenobi," Yoda said.
Obiwan turned, thinking What now?
"In your solitude on Tatooine, training I have for you."
"Training?" He had never heard of any Jedi training for Masters.
Yoda smiled. "An old friend has learned the path to immortality - your old Master, Qui-Gon Jinn."
"Qui-Gon?" Obi-Wan stared. "But...How?"
"The secrets of the Acient Order of the Whills , he studied, " Master Yoda said. "How to commune with him, I will teach you."
"I will be able to talk to him?"
Yoda nodded, and some of te old grief that had lived with Obi-Wan since his Master's death had lifted. "How to join the Force, he will train you. Your conscious you will retain, when one with the Force. Even your physical self perhaps."
How ironic that we should discover this power now, when the Jedi are no more, Obi-Wan thought. Then he looked at Yoda. The Jedi were not gone. Not yet. He heard the thin, high wail of an infant echoing down the hall, and Almost smiled. There was still hope for the future...
That's my favorite scene too. It was so cool and actiony! Also, it was very sad when Obi-Wan said "You were like a brother to me!" I felt kind of teary inside. Another favorite was in Episode III seeing Darth Vader with the Sith Lord when they were watching the Death Star being bulit.
every scene in the original triology was magic. I liked the Hoth scene, the Darth Vader- Sidious- Luke battle, the Ewoks, Jabba's palace, The Death Star.....
Dib Skywalker now knows that Dark membrane is his father. Gaz rescues ZIM from Bloaty the (IDK), but she's captured! Dib finds out Gaz is his sister, and Skoodge leads an attack on the death star. GIR and Minimoose sneak around and help the blorch rats fight the empire. Emperor Bitters confronts Dib, and then ZIM flies the voot into it and there's a splosion!
I love Star Wars! It is the greatest saga alive. I love watching all of them and my favorite is Revenge of the Sith. It had a lot of fighting scene then them all. Like when Darth Vader fight Obi-Wan was awsome. Also, when Anakin cut of Mace Windu's Hand and turn to the dark side of the Force.
