The only thing we know he likes is Waffles (maybe) those candy sticks he ate in Hamstergadden, and a mooshminky (quote: Ah! It's so painful! And so delicious!)
Well, I had a dream and he absolutly LOVED chocolate...and, well...a lot of people like chocolate...Remember in the flashback on how Zim ruined Tak's life? What was the candy bar thingy he wanted/ got? I thought it was chocolate, but can't remember...

Hey I just thought of something. Maybe it's not waffles that make Zim sick, but GIR's cooking; GIR:"These got peanuts and soap in 'em!" It seems possible to me.
