How do you get a picture for your icon???

When I go to edit my pro. i see my icon (the dog!) But i can only chose from certian things. I don't see one that says browse or sumthin, so i can download one i have...So how do i get a picture...its like a web link but what if the one i have isn't???????????????????


I'm confussssssseeedddddddddd

click browse and pick the picture you want...
