No one does. The one in Mortos Der Soulstealer is the only one that's been confirmed. There was a rumor that there was one right before Zim throws the last piggy into the teleporter in Bad Bad Ruber Piggy, but that hasn't been proven.
1. Besides Mortos Der Soulstealer, the Bloody GIRs are in no opening theme.
2. The Bloody Gir's are in no episode before BBRP.
3. The Bloody Gir's are very faint and only last for one or two frames. A frame by Frame vcr or dvd is the only way to find them. Even then it's still hard to see them.
4. Steve Ressel will never tell.
That's all I got. If you wern't planning to search for some, oh well.
Z? from Buzzys Jim and Zim Board says he's found the bloody Gir on Bad Bad Rubber Piggy, I don't know if its true but When Zim throws the last piggy in the machine and then when it turns all white and you can still see some of the machine you can see bloody Gir, he says you need to pause it and have good eyes to see bloody Gir...

I remember seeing a pic of Bloody Gir in the theme but he was very faded. It was the part of the theme where the wires cover Zim on top of the Earth. I'll look for the pic.
I'm still baffled about these and wondering why exactly they did this.
The theme one (In Mortos Der Soulstealer) is the most known one because Steve gave a hint about where to find it.
"The bloody Gir was this single frame drawing that Chris Graham drew and I was putting it into the show at random points hidden within things. It is very hard to make out....and I am not telling where or when those frames are (you have to be a master to see bloody GIR, even with a frame by frame VCR). If anyone finds it...let me know. He is in several places through the last 14 shows. Edit: Well, that makes two Bloody Gir's down. Perhaps we should began searching as well. Can't let all these popular mainstream site's get all the credit. We have the touch, we have the power!

My brother saw an entire Bloody GIR when I could ony se part of 1 line--creepyy. Others reported simiar things. A 6 year old saw it while the show was TV!
in Tak: The Hideous New Girl, when Tak's ship crashes into the ground by dib, play the crash frame-by-frame. When the screen is white, there should be a bloody gir.
Also, in Plague of Babies, when Zim and Gir are in the Voot sceaming, bloody gir flashes a few times at the top-left corner of the screen.
Also, in Backseat Drivers, right before Purple says, "Hey, that's a Vort ship" there is one at the top-left side of the screen.

i can kinda see the neck... my frienda told me to look up this site... she didnt know the name but she said she found it on google using the words 'invader zim website'... wait, i found it. it is titled 'The Amazing Invader Zim Website'. i checked it out and i think it has something to do with the Bloody Girs. its under archives, the bloody gir hunt.
